Work has been progressing nicely at the old Matalan premises on Seafield Road in Edinburgh, which has been stripped back to allow a range of upgrades to be installed.
The revamped building will house new high-level LED lighting, emergency lighting around the perimeter of the building, and a new 200-amp point of isolation for safe disconnection. All-new boards will be fitted, including an external feeder pillar board, as well as three Rolec dual outlets for EVC points. We’ll also be wiring up three-phase power outlets for newly formed warehouse shutter doors, and a new fire alarm and security system.
