Connecting up The Calton

We’ve just been putting the finishing touches to an impressive new development in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town on Calton Road where Studio 24 once stood. Contracted by Square and Crescent, and marketed by Rettie & Co, we carried out a full electrical fit-out of this entire site consisting of 22 apartments and a 1,200 sq ft office space.

All of the electrics were taken care of by our experienced team, including: internal and external lighting, the lifts, alarms, door access system and everything an apartment and office space needs to be ready for use.
