Working alongside Tilbury Douglas, our latest job to reach completion was the refurbishment of a City of Edinburgh Council road depot. Our remit included the fitting of new parallel supplies for an upgraded power supply network and new supplies taken from a plant room to feed BMS panels – as well as the fitting of new EVC boards. This required the alteration and extension of existing supplies and distribution boards.
We also installed four three-phase Swarco charging points for staff vehicles, and fitted new local power circuits and data to accommodate updated layouts within the workshops, as well as putting in new lighting.
Our team upgraded the CCTV throughout the site too, which included fibre infrastructure to serve different workshops. Security was reinforced further with exterior lighting enhancements, as well as an upgrade on access control to the site gates. Lastly, alterations were implemented to the fire alarm setup, with a state of the art Vesda system installed within the accommodation block.
