AKD have recently completed works at New Olympia House in Glasgow’s East End for Redpath Construction Ltd. The works comprised of the renovation of the existing building to form new office spaces at ground and first floor levels. The electrical package included new distribution and sub mains, new containment, small power, general lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, door access system, IT infrastructure and intruder alarm.
AKD are proud to have been part of the team which resulted in this project being awarded Small Development of the Year (Commercial Buildings) at the Scottish Property Awards.
