Consensus Workplace Ltd recently awarded AKD Systems Ltd a 3-floor office refurbishment at 220 St Vincent Street, Glasgow. All works required are subject to meticulous planning with the client and existing tenants as the remainder of the building requires to be left fully operational at all times.
Works commenced in June and will be completed in September. AKD Systems Ltd were engaged to install new lighting, lighting controls, emergency lighting, small power, fire alarm, data installation, distribution board upgrades and CCTV.
220 St Vincent Street is known to be one of Glasgow’s most desirable commercial premises based in the Centre of Glasgow.
